Yorktown Neighbors,
We are excited to announce the 2026 Yorktown HOA Social Event Lineup! Building community and creating opportunities for neighbors to connect is one of our favorite parts of serving this neighborhood, and we have some wonderful events planned for the year ahead. These events can only be made possible with volunteers like you!
There are THREE ways to get involved:
1. VOLUNTEER your time to help setup, host, or clean up at any event (HOA Hosted and/orVolunteer Organized)
2. VOLUNTEER as an Organizer of an event listed below or a new event you’d like to see in the neighborhood! As an Organizer, you will get to plan and implement an entire event and be HOA-funded to a pre-approved amount.
3. VOLUNTEER as a Business Sponsor and take on the role of the Organizer while also promoting your business to the entire neighborhood!
The HOA will be hosting the following annual favorites:
• Easter Celebration - March 29
• Summer Kickoff Party - June
• Fall Festival - October
• Cookies with Santa - December
We are looking for volunteer organizers to continue more of our Yorktown traditions. We will announce additional events as we receive volunteers for the following:
• Family Movie Nights
• Spring Yard Sale & Fall Yard Sale
• Fishing Derby
• 4th of July Parade
• Car Show
• Turkey Trot
These additional events can only be made possible with volunteers like you. The HOA will reimburse approved event expenses, we simply need your support in planning and executing the event! If you enjoy bringing people together, this is a great way to get involved and make a difference in our neighborhood!
Sponsorship Opportunities
We welcome resident business sponsorships!
If a resident business is interested in providing corporate sponsorship in the form of planning, execution, and clean-up (with reimbursement of approved event-related purchases) your business will receive:
• Advertisement in related neighborhood event correspondence (email and social media).
• Opportunity to advertise at the event itself.
This is a wonderful way to support the community while also showcasing your business to fellow residents.
